  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Chest to Bar Pullups (chin over)(banded)(ring row)
  • 20 Cleans (145,100)(115,85)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 20 Jerks
  • 10 Snatches
  • 10 Muscle ups

We have a chipper style AMRAP to take on today.  You just have to “chip” away and slug through.  You score will be rounds and reps or just reps if you don’t complete a round.  Have a great weekend!
