  • 10-10-10

Then,

7 Minute AMRAP:

  • 25 Double Unders (attempts)(50 singles)
  • 10 Chest to Bar Pullups (chin over)(banded)(ring row)

Today we will go through the same format as Monday but for the strict press.  Warm up to and then do 3 heavy sets of 10.  You can slightly build each set or go with the same weight across all 3.  The metcon gives you a chance to work on double unders and chest to bar pullups.  Being that it is an AMRAP, this is a good chance to buckle down and work hard to get these movements even if it means less rounds.
