Swinging away!

In Teams of 2, 4 Rounds for reps:

  • 2 Minutes Row/Bike for Calories (alternate each round)
  • 2 Minutes Power Clean (135,95)(115,75)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 2 Minutes Bar Facing Burpee
  • 2 Minutes Rest

This is a great day for another fun CFBC partner wod!  One partner working at a time will accumulate as many reps as possible at each station.  Break up the reps however you like as long as one person doesn’t do all of the work.  See you there!
