This is going to be another epic Tuesday wod! Our good friend and fellow athlete, Jake, is the mastermind behind this one. Each round you will switch between the Assault bike and the rower. The deadlifts are meant to be light so it is not the day to be going for rx because it looks light. Keep those backs flat and storm through!
