We are at the end of this year’s first full week of wods.  It has been awesome to see everyone’s enthusiasm to get back in the gym and start 2015 off right.  Lets all keep that drive throughout the year and stay consistent.  The Whole Life Challenge is almost here.  It starts on the 17th.  This challenge will surely help to catapult all of us into improved fitness and health.  If you haven’t already signed up, join Team CFBC today and we will all help each other to stay the course.
