Today we have some good pushing and pulling movements combined with a bit of running.  A good strategy will be to split up your pullups early to keep from burning out your pulling power and then keep a consistent pace on the runs. The overhead squat is on the heavier side so be ready to have to drop it and get it back up.  As always,  staying focused on executing the movements correctly will make all the difference in the world for your performance.  See you there!
