Today’s wod is set up in a “buy in cash out” style.  You will start and finish with an 800 Meter run.  In the middle will be five rounds of deadlifts and push jerks.  The weight will be an easy deadlift, but the push jerks will be a bit more challenging.  Stay as efficient as possible on the jerks.  Driving the bar aggressively off of your shoulders and then retreating quickly under to receive it will help you tremendously.
