Front Squat: 5×3 @ 85% 1 rep max (1 set every 3 minutes)

Friday front squats!  Load up your bars with 85% and squat 3 reps every 3 minutes.  Afterwards we will take on another benchmark wod.  “Diane” is meant to be performed quickly, with top times being under 5 minutes.  Today we will have a 10 minute cap.
