Split Jerk:

  • Build to a heavy 1 repstart line 2

Then,

3 Rounds for Time:

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 15 Thrusters (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)

We are going overhead for a heavy split jerk rep today.  If you are new to this, stick with a light weight and drill your technique.  If you have experience in this lift, we will be working our way up to a heavy 1 rep.  Don’t try to max this out.  Stay focused on speed and build up to a weight that you can still maintain good form.  Our metcon will be a fast one.  Go hard on the 200’s and don’t drop the bar on your thrusters.
