15 Minute EMOM: (5 Rounds)

  • 1st minute- 2 Squat Snatches @ 60% 1rm

  • 2nd minute- 10 Abmat Situps
  • 3rd minute- 2 Shuttle Sprints

We are sticking to our Thursday skill theme today.  The class will start out working positions and pulls for the snatch.  This will all be very light work to develop speed and awareness off the positions.  Afterwards the emom will give you some more snatch practice along with some active recovery work.  We will also have some time after the emom to continue working on other skills.
