Run 1000 meters

Then, 5 rounds of:

  • 25 Pull-ups(t2-20 pull-ups)(t3-15 pull-ups)
  • 7 Push Jerks(135,95)(115,75)(55,35)

Murph Pull-ups!

It is time to break in the new pull-up rig!  The wod today is a running version of the 2007 wod from the CrossFit Games.  It was initially done with rowing 1000 meters in the first ever Games.  CrossFit brought it back last year during the CF Games.  Notice the pull-up numbers for the different tiers.  Only RX will do the full 25.  Have fun!
