Stronger than yesterday!!!

For Time:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • Rest 1 Minute
  • 800 Meter Run
  • Rest 2 Minutes
  • 1200 Meter Run
  • Rest 3 Minutes
  • 1600 Meter Run

Today we get back out on the CFBC track to take down some laps.  You will be starting out with 1 lap and adding a lap each round with some rest between.  The final round is 4 laps or 1600 meters.
