3 Rounds for Reps:

  • 1 Minute Row(cal)
  • 1 Minute Push Jerk(95,65)(75,45)(55,35)(45,15)
  • 1 Minute Air Squat
  • 1 Minute Toes to Bar(Knees to elbows)(Knee raises)(abmat)
  • 1 Minute Restjason row

In this workout you will be spending 1 minute at each station accumulating reps.  After the 4 stations are complete you will rest for one minute and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.  We will keep this order through out with everyone starting on the rowers.  When we are finished tally up your total reps as points.
