  • 25 Power Snatches (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • Upon completing the 25 power snatches begin a 1 minute AMRAP of front rack walking lunge steps.

Today we will be building up to a 3 rep overhead squat max.  Make it a big point to set up correctly and maintain good positions for all 3 reps.  Don’t rush through the reps.  Keep them consistent and methodical.  All of this will help you on your quest for a heavy 3 rep overhead squat.
