Push Press:

  • Build to a 3 rep max, 3 reps @ 95% 3 rm, 3 reps @ 90% 3 rm
    Dip, Drive, Press!

Then,

For Time:

  • 50 Power Cleans(135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)

*Every minute on the minute starting at 60 seconds perform- 5 pushups

We continue our 3 rep maxes today with the push press.  Use the percentage chart and your 5 rep max to gauge where you should be.  Afterwards, we will go after 50 power cleans with pushups thrown in each minute on the minute.  Knock out as many power cleans as you can the first minute before you have to do pushups.
