Today we will be working the bench press.  You will climb in weight as the reps get lower. Working your way up to a heavy single.  When we finish that its time to work on those jump rope skills!  I get asked a lot about how to get double unders.  I can’t give a blanket answer to this question except.. practice, practice, practice.  I will give you some guidance on where to start though.  You have to have solid single unders before you can master the double.  We will work with everyone today to improve singles and start down the path of the double under.
