  • EMOM for 5 minutes:  2 High Hang Squat Snatches

  • Rest 3 Minutes
  • EMOM for 5 minutes: 2 Above the Knee Squat Snatches
  • Rest 3 Minutes
  • EMOM for 5 minutes: 1 Squat Snatch

Then,

  • 1 Minute Assault Bike test for max calories

It was clear this week that we all need to work more on squat snatching from all positions. Today will be a great day to work out some of those kinks and get some good practice from 3 positions of the snatch.  You can build weight each minute if things are looking good or keep things light to perfect your form.  Another speed bump we had this week was pacing on the Assault bike.  If you don’t get on these bikes and ride at different levels you will never understand how to pace for workouts.  Our first test will be a short all out sprint for calories.  Enjoy the weekend!
