Back Squat:

  • 5-5-5 @ 85% 1 rep maxmot a vate

Then,

4 Rounds for time:

  • 10 Deadlifts @ 60% 1 rep max
  • 200 Meter Run

Its back to the grind!  We have back squats for you today.  3 sets of 5 reps at 85% of your 1 rep max.  Make sure that you get some good build up sets in so that you are ready to throw the intensity to all 3 sets.  Our metcon will also be based off of a percentage.  I see a lot of RXing happening today!
