“Nicole”pull1

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • Max Rep Pullups (banded)(ring row)

I don’t think we have ever done this benchmark wod at CFBC.  “Nicole” is one of the original CrossFit benchmarks.  We will set the clock for 20 minutes and you will start with a 400 meter run.  After the 400, run back inside to the rig and knock out as many pullups as possible before coming off the bar.  Once you drop off the bar you will head back out to run another 400.  This cycle repeats for 20 minutes.  Your score is the total number of pullups that you do.
