Bench Press:

  • Build up to a 1 rep max

Then,crossfit me against me

3 Rounds for time:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 50 Double Unders (1 minute of attempts)(100 singles)

Today we continue with getting some max effort numbers for a new strength cycle.  If you happen to miss one of these days you can come in during any regular class and establish your max.  Just make sure to check in with the Coach.  Our metcon today will be a non stop burner.  Keep moving and set your sights on sub 10 minutes.
