7 Rounds of: (Rest 1 minute between rounds)

In 2 minutes complete:

dr j deadlift

  • 200 Meter run(T3-100m)
  • 7 Deadlifts(225,155)(185,135)(115,75)
  • Max reps of double unders in the remaining time(T2/3 singles)

In today’s wod you will have two minutes to complete a 200 meter run(100m for T3) and 7 deadlifts.  In whatever time is left, you will get max rep double unders or single unders.  Rest 1 minute between rounds and repeat for 7 total rounds.  Your score will be jump rope reps.  Move quickly on the runs and deadlifts to get a good score!
