10 Minute EMOM:

  • Odd minutes- 5 Deadlifts @ 60% 1 rep maxDB snatch and carry
  • Even minutes- 30 Double Unders(attempts)(singles)

Then,

21-15-9, for time:

  • Hang Squat Clean (115,80)(95,65)(55,35)(35,15)
  • Kettlebell Swing (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)

Today we mix it up a bit with our strength work.  You get to deadlift as well as work on your double unders.  The deadlifts should be unbroken and you should make it a goal to be unbroken on the double unders.  If you don’t have doubles yet, spend about 30 seconds working on attempts.  We will finish out with a fun 21-15-9 wod with cleans and swings.  Have a great weekend!
