  • 30 Thrusters(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 15 Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat)
  • 1200 Meter Run

It’s time again to head out on the CFBC track!  This one begins and ends with 3 laps.  In the middle you get to tax your midline a bit with some kb swings, thrusters and toes to bar. We want to keep this one under 20 minutes so scale accordingly.  Don’t worry we will help you come up with a plan!
