  • 50 Calorie Row
  • 100 Overhead Squats (45,35)(35,15)
  • 50 Box Jumps (24,20)
  • 25 Pullups

This workout was one of 3 from the recent CrossFit Liftoff competition.  This was a global online event that took a traditional Olympic weightlifting meet and added a metcon.  Don’t go out to hot on this one or you will surely get burned.  Stay steady and consistent. Completing 1 round will be a very respectable score.
