It has been a few weeks since we teamed up to take on some Saturday pain.  Today one partner will be working on rounds of the 5-10-15 and the other will be running 800 meters with weight.  When the 800 meters is complete, you will switch places picking up wherever your partner left off on the 5-10-15.
