Robert working through the 12 days of Christmas!

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 50 Double Unders (75 singles)
  • 100′ Walking Lunge
  • 100′ Bear Crawl

All you need today is a trusty jump rope and your body.  We will be working for 20 minutes on double unders, walking lunge and bear crawl.  Watch out for those bear crawls! They are sneaky.
