Bring the intensity today!  I want you to go as hard as you can on each of these rounds.  It is not the time to “game” or hold back.  Fire up your engine and tach it out.  During the rest periods stay focused on getting your heart rate down and recovering as much as possible for the next all out effort.  We will score each round separately.
