Push Press:

  • Build to a 1 rep maxwork 1

Then,

Max rounds in 3 minutes:

  • 3 Power Cleans (135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)
  • 6 Pushups
  • 9 Squats

*Repeat for a total of 3 cycles.  Rest 1 minute between cycles.

We are heading into our second day of strength maxes.  Today your focus will be on the push press.  Stay focused on setting up properly from the start.  Keeping your midline stable will help to give optimal force for the drive and through the press to overhead.  Dip, DRIVE and Press!
