  • 10 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 10 Deadlifts (185,135)(155,105)(115,85)(95,65)
  • 10 Handstand Pushups (to abmat)(box)(hand release pushup)

*Each time you break a set of wall-balls or handstand push-ups, deadlift the barbell and hold it at your waist for 15 seconds before returning to the ball or wall.

Welcome to another CFBC Friday!  The wod today has an interesting twist.  Anytime you have to break a set of wall balls or hspu, immediately deadlift the barbell and hold at the top for 15 seconds.  It pays to go unbroken!  Most likely we will see some breaks in these movements, especially with the pushups.  Try to limit those breaks to 2 to avoid running the clock out.  Have a great weekend!
