Today we venture into the 90% realm on back squat.  Everyone’s strength has increased so this is most definitely achievable.  Stay focused on pushing your hips back and engaging all of your posterior chain.  Drive up out of the hole and stand it up!  We will dedicate the whole class time, minus some mobility work, to get through the squats.  See you tomorrow for 14.1!!!
