Foam rolling is your friend!

The rope ascent is back!  We will be doing a short tutorial on rope climbing during each class.  It will be up to the coach as to whether or not you will be climbing during the wod.  This wod has a lot of more advanced skills in it, but don’t worry.  We can make it work for all of you.  All you have to do is show up and give your best!
