5 Rounds for Time:

  • 400 Meter runskills 10
  • 15 Burpees(T2-10)(T3-7)
  • 30 Double Unders(50 singles)(T3-30)

Today we will take a break from the weights and go all cardio.  This won’t hurt you for the rest of the week’s maxes and will be a good conditioning wod.  Metabolic conditioning or cardio is an integral part of an effective program.  Many times, this is the weak spot in athletes.  Strong only takes you so far.  Cardio only takes you so far as well.  You are only as fit as you are competent in all of the 10 general physical skills;

cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
