Back Squat:

  • Work up to a 10 RM. Then 10 reps @ 95% 10RM, 10 reps @ 90% 10RM

Press:

  • Work up to a 10 RM. Then 10 reps @ 95% 10RM, 10 reps @ 90% 10RMnew start day

Then,

7 Minute AMRAP:

  • 30 Double Unders(60 singles)
  • 15 Power Cleans (135,95)(115,75)(95,65)(55,35)

I hope everyone is well rested from the holiday!  This will be the last week of the 10 rep cycle.  Use your previous numbers to set goals to beat.  Ideally you are going heavier each week.  Next week we will have a deload week and then we will start in to a 5 rep cycle.  Keep staying consistent and you will improve. If you are injured or too sore, back off of the numbers a bit, in the case of injury,let us know so that we can program something different for you.  Have a great week!
