We are going to switch things up a bit today.  The biggest goal of your hour in the gym this Friday will be to establish a solid 400 meter run time.  We will spend a good amount of time warming up and preparing for this so that you have your motor all fired up and ready to leave flames down the CFBC track.  Afterwards we will rest and then get in a few short sets of deadlifts to make you feel strong going into the weekend.
