This is the last day of our first wave of Wendler 5-3-1 strength program.  Next week we will “deload” to give our bodies a little break to grow, recover and get stronger.  The following week we will start over with some new numbers.  More to come on this.  The metcon today is a 10 minute version of the hero wod “Nate”.  I have listed some basic scales but there are a few other options we can do depending on your skill level.  Have a good weekend!
