This will be our last long wod in preparation for “Murph” on Saturday.  Today you get a chance to finish tuning up your run and work capacity.  There are four rounds of wall balls and pullups.  When you complete a round head out on an 800 meter run.  This means that you will be finishing with the run.  Enjoy!
