3 Rounds.  1 minute at each station with a 1 minute rest between rounds. Perform the following movements for reps:

  • Pullups
    ...Having fun!

    …Having fun!

  • Power Snatch(75,55)(65,45)(55,35)(35,15)
  • Box Jump(20)(step up)
  • Thruster(same as power snatch)
  • Toes to Bar(Abmat situp)

*Score is total reps for all 3 rounds.

Today’s workout is a cousin of “Fight Gone Bad”.  The same type set up will apply.  You will spend a minute at each station accumulating reps.  After all 5 movements are complete you will get to rest for a minute.  The weights are light so you should be looking to bring up the intensity a bit.  Try to keep the same number of reps for all 3 rounds.
