Then,

5 minutes to complete:

  • 500 Meter row
  • Max reps of the couplet- 10 Pull-ups, 10 Wall Balls(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)

I am expecting multiple front squat PR’s today.  If things go like Monday you guys will crush your old numbers.  Keep your elbows high and fire out of the hole!  After that, we will do a fun wod with a  row and a couplet for reps of pull-ups and wall balls.  Have a great weekend!!!
