Never come to open gym without a plan!

4 Rounds for Time:

  • 100 Double Unders (150 singles)
  • 400 Meter Run

Leave the barbells at home today and bring your rope and running shoes!  We have 4 rounds of 100 double unders and a 400 meter run.  Split up the double unders into manageable sets so that you don’t crush your breathing for the 400’s.  Run steady and keep moving to complete this in under 15 minutes.
