  • Max rep, Squat Clean and Jerk (165,115)(135,95)(115,75)(55,35)

In 2 minutes complete:

  • Max rep Double Unders (lat bar jumps)

Our deadlifts rep scheme will be descending today.  Starting with a load that is heavy for 10 reps, then dropping by 2’s until you finish with a heavy set of 2 reps.  The objective is to go as heavy as possible on each set.  Our metcon has two parts for reps.  In the first part you will have 5 minutes to complete a 500 meter row and then work on getting max rep squat clean and jerks.  The clean and jerk reps are your score.  From there you will rest 2 minutes and then do 2 minutes of double unders or lat bar jumps.   Have a great weekend!
