We have to get ready for Murph 2016!

For Completion:

  • From 0-10 Minutes- Run 1600 Meters and perform 4 burpees
  • From 10:00-18:00- Run 1200 Meters and 6 burpees
  • From 18:00-24:00- Run 800 Meters and 8 burpees
  • From 24:00-26:30- Run 400 Meters and 10 burpees

Today you will have allotted time to complete a run and  burpees.  The goal is to have rest time in between rounds.  Recover on your rest periods and go hard on the work periods.  T-1 will be 1200m, 800, 400, 200m with the burpees remaining the same.  We will also be helping you scale from there if needed.  Happy Easter weekend!
