  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • Burpee
  • Kettlebell Swing(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)

*Starting with 1 rep of each movement, go up by 1 rep each round.

Our metcon today is a “ladder” style AMRAP.  The first round you will perform 1 rep of each movement.  Every round after that you will add 1 rep to the count for each movement.  We will score this by completed rounds plus and extra reps.
