We have several athletes competing in the Radbar NcFit Open this weekend.  If you want to come to cheer your friends on and spectate you can save a few bucks by purchasing online. Buy tickets here.  Most of our athletes will be competing in the team events on Sunday.  There are also a couple athletes competing on Saturday.  I am sure that either day you can make it, your support would be much appreciated.

  • 20 Push-ups
  • 30 Squats
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 45 Squats
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 40 Push-ups
  • 60 Squats
  • 25 Pull-ups
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 75 Squats
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 60 Push-ups
  • 90 Squats

This wod is a spin off of the classic benchmark workout “Cindy”.  Which is normally a 20 minute AMRAP of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats.  Recently CrossFit HQ challenged everyone to perform the XXX version unbroken and submit a video for a cash price.  One female athlete completed it unbroken in 19:21.  Any challengers?!
