Great job to everyone that tackled yesterday’s wod! It was a challenge to say the least.  Our front squats today will be in sets of 2.  You will build up in weight each set, with the goal being a heavy 2 rep by the end.  The metcon will be much faster than yesterday.  I want the weight and the pushups to be challenging.  Keep in mind that you may need to go in between tier weights.  The important thing is that you push yourself a little out of your comfort zone.
