We are back around to the deadlift in our strength portion.  You will continue to follow the 5-3-1+ rep scheme.  As always, pay special attention to your form slipping during that last max rep set.  Afterwards, we grab our kettlebells for 100 reps for time.  Lets see how well last month’s challenge prepared you!
