Mobility!

Coach Glassman put this workout together recently for some athletes at Beijing Sports University.  It was then put out as an online workout challenge to win a trip to the university.  The fastest time was right at 11 minutes.  We want to shoot for around 15 minutes or faster.  Scale the weight as needed to get there.  Enjoy!
