Deadlift:

  • 75% x 5
  • 85% x 3
  • 95% x 1+

Then,

For Reps:

  • 4 Minutes Rowing (calories)
  • 3 Minutes Box Jump Overs (24,20)
  • 2 Minutes Slam Ball (30,20)(20,12)
  • 1 Minute Pullups

Once again, we finish out the week with some deadlifts.  Get as many reps as you can on the last set while maintaining good form.  Our metcon will be rep based with four different stations to accumulate those reps.  Make it a goal to stay moving at each station.  Less stops equals more points!
