Bench Press:more-team

  • Build to a 1 rep max

Then,

7 Minute AMRAP:

  • 14 Alternating Dumbell Snatches (55,35)(35,25)
  • 7 Pullups(banded)(ring row)

We are back on the bench today.  This time to finish out and get a new 1 rep max.  Make sure that you grab a spotter to keep you safe and confident to go after some big weight.  Today’s metcon has some dumbell work.  Alternating sides, snatching for 14 total reps and 7 pullups to finish out the round.
