  • 30 Squat Snatches (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 44 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)

We are finishing out our week with some deadlifting, snatching and kettlebell swinging. For the deadlifts, you will continue to follow the weeks protocol of 3 sets of 3 at 70,80 and 90% of your working weight.  Go for more reps on the last set but stay mindful of good form.  Once you feel that slipping let the bar go.  Our metcon will knock out your daily challenge of 44 kettlebells swings.  A two for one deal with some squat snatches thrown in as a bonus.  Enjoy!
