Back Squat:

  • Build up to a new 1 rep max

“Foundations Baseline”

  • 1 Minute of Squats
  • 1 Minute of Pushups
  • 1 Minute of Situps
  • Run 400 Meters

*Rest 1 minute between movements.  The 400 Meter run is for time everything else is reps.

This will be a week of maxes and benchmarks.  We will start out with a back squat max and the Foundations Baseline that you all did the first night of Foundations (unless you didn’t do foundations).  I am really excited to see everyone’s improvements!
